We offer a no-questions-asked 60-Day Happiness Guarantee.
If you're not happy within 60 days of receiving your order, just contact us - we'll issue a refund or exchange. Yes, even if the jar has been gently used.
We believe skincare should be simple, honest, and stress-free — so your return process should be too.
🗓 Return Window
Outside of the 60-day guarantee, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

1. Products must be in original condition (unless covered by the 60-day guarantee)

Once approved, we'll send you return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

Damages or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days.
We'll fix it right away - just email help@plainritual.com with your order number and a photo.
