Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from Alberta, Canada.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays).
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping — Estimated Transit Times

United States
• USPS: 5–7 business days
U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Duties Paid) — meaning duties + import fees are already covered.

Canada
• Canada Post: 4–6 business days

Other Carriers
On rare occasions, we may ship using alternate courier partners if there are service interruptions, weather delays, or carrier strikes to ensure timely delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after handoff to the carrier.


Delivery Delays

Carrier delays (weather, customs, holiday volume, etc.) are outside of our control.
All transit times listed are estimates provided by the carriers.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered,” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly first.
We are happy to help support investigation if needed.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
